I received an e-mail from Arby's the other day. It was advising that on Father's Day they were giving a free sandwich to fathers. Read it over. No restrictions. So I called my brother and gave him the information.

Just got a call from my brother. He said he went to Arby's and asked about the sandwich. They said "yes" and asked him what sandwich he wanted. No purchase required. 

I had forgotten about the e-mail. Very nice of Arby's.

Yes, I thought that was great! In fact, I've taken advantage of many of the specials offered to Arby's email list members—definitely worth signing up.

Lucky him!  I used to love their roast beef sandwich, and their fries were also good as I recall.  Unfortunately, there's no longer an Arby's around here.

Upon investigation this drink is diabetes in a cup. A medium serving has 23 grams of fat, 810 calories and a whopping 119 grams of sugar

I love the Jamocha shake too.  Considering I have had probably one in the last 2 years, I'm not particularly concerned about the Nutritional Values.  However,  everybody should be forewarned, since I love it, it will more than likely be discontinued soon.  They just discontinued the potato cakes.

@Icegoddess - Are you sure about the potato cakes? I just had them last week, and they're still listed in the online menu (I just checked when you posted because I LOVE those things!)...

@loriqvc maybe it's a local thing.  We had Arby's this week.  It's still curbside only here and when hubby came home with the bag he said the potato cakes had been discontinued.
