Apple dumplings

YUM - I made us a couple apple dumplings today . Just an already piecrust - peel & core apple and fill the opening with cinnamon, sugar and a pat of butter. Wrap in pie crust circles and bake. They were so good and remind me of my childhood on the farm.The camper still smells like baking apples. Double yum.
