Thanks so much, i have a Ninja that goes up to 400 , i have always been paranoid that i will undercook and i usually over cook in reg oven. You just place in fryer ? no foil ?

I put salmon on foil in my Ninja Foodie. I airfry for no more than 6 minutes. It seems to overcook if I set the timer longer. If the piece of salmon needs another couple of minutes after the 6-minutes, just letting it sit in the hot air fryer seems to finish the cooking without drying it out.  A light spritz of the oil of your choice or butter will prevent drying out too.

Yes.  I use mine all the time for it.  I am one who does not like "raw"-ish salmon.  I want it cooked all the way through so I use the lowest setting for 13 minutes.  It's just the way I like it.

I like it , to be fair i haven't tried other brands , so others might want to chime in if there are better quality and tastes that might be better. It seems to be well reviewed , which isn't easy because people are picky and that is a good thing.

If I may add my two cents, I LOVE it.  My husband, grandson and I are huge salmon eaters.  I don't have a decent fish market around here, so I always would just by salmon at the seafood counter at my local grocery.  It was always fine until I tried the Faroe Island salmon.

The Faroe Island salmon is thicker than what I get at the grocery store and seems more like what you get at a restaurant.  It really is delicious.  I've already purchased it four times over the last year and a half or so.

I prefer to cook salmon with skin on because it adds to the flavor and keeps it moist.  Having said that I do keep the Faroe Island Salmon in my freezer and some day I hope they offer it with skin on or off.

I bake the Faroe Island salmon frozen at 350 for about 15-18 minutes,  During the last few minutes of baking I add a glaze---apricot or peach preserves or orange marmalade or even maple syrup.  Love the taste.

Just be sure you don't overcook it.  I think you will like it.

Was that in air fryer or oven ? That sounds so tasty adding the glaze.
