I've purchased 2 things. One was a Lori Grenier makeup organizer chest and was in perfect condition and another was a Luxe VT watch I bought on 5 easy pay day last month. The watch was still wrapped in paper and had the plastic insert in the battery. It looked like it had never been opened.

I've been happy with my As Is stuff so far.

I just purchased an "As Is" pair of Dweck Diamond earrings. They were in perfect condition. They weren't in a Dweck Diamond bag or box, but that didn't matter to me at all.

I've only bought one 'as is' Those MarkCharle's slide and seal bag things. They looked brand new. It says they are either returns or demos.

I've purchased quite a few inexpensive necklaces and earrings. Only one arrived broken. It was very odd. The good earring was in one plastic bag, the broken one - in two pieces - in two separate plastic bags. It would have been a simple enough fix but I disliked the earrings so I returned them.
