Just curious how many shoppers ordered the two Geoffrey Zakarian steaks for 199.99?

The Host said they were "Flying" out the door, which I find sort of hard to believe. Of course, there must be a market for those items, but wow!

About the only thing more expensive than beef classified as USDA Prime would be Kobe or Waygu beef.

I could not order them for my family because that is too rich for my wallet, but like anything, I would not hesitate to buy them if they are a top quality product and I had the coins.😁 Prime steaks are expensive👍, and yes steaks can be bought locally at a more affordable price, but those markets do not have the overhead QVC does.😊

They probably were selling fast since he has dedicated shoppers who swear by his products, but I do not think the inventory was high at that price.🥰

I don't eat much beef these days, so I did not buy them. I am still feeling guilty about the recent TSV chicken fried chicken. I hope they will live up to the hype at $99 when they arrive.

I agree, that's outrageous for 2 New York Strip Steaks!

We raise our own cattle, know what they eat because we feed them and have one processed every year at a cost by the pound, but would come out to way less.  That's just crazy for 2 regular steaks! 

I could go to the Mennonites and get all kinds of steaks for $200.

I didn't see that but sounds like that guy--am not a fan at all--kind of a pompous a$$, IMO---I bought a few waygu steaks from a local cattle rancher --- maybe 2 of them cost me $50 for all and they were at least 1 lb each---I split them between DD and I for a dinner.  Also got waygu ground beef for $13 a lb as well---they were tasty but I don't make it a habit---was for a special meal I think.
