Anyone have red flour beetles in pantry?

I have very tiny specks that crawl on my kitchen counters. I checked in the cupboards and have found these tiny insects had eaten through the package of noodles and also in a new box of macaroni. I threw them out and will have to check everything on the shelf for sure. My question is I see pantry pest traps to entice them without pesticides....I think they are like glue strips for mice. Has anyone used these? Are they worth trying?
