Anyone Make Kiffels or Nutroll?

I don't, but my mother did every year a week or 2 before Christmas. I can remember my dad grinding the nuts for her and it taking her all night to make the kiffels and another night to make the nutrolls. She worked all day but would come home and start right in. I really miss those. And of course her.
