Anybody making paletas?

Paletas are ice pops made from an enormous variety of fruits, nuts, spieces and even spices; the originated in Mexico. Some are very simple; others elaborate and beautiful:

I got a couple of cookbooks, both for the original Mexican treats as well as some Americanized versions, and also the pop molds; I think it's time to start "playing" with them. Anyone else here make them?
