Re: Any remember bag sliders?

I find those bag sealers very useful for resealing bags of frozen foods like veggies or French fries. With just 2 of us I can't always use a whole bag at 1 time. Unfortunately not all bags come resealable.

Re: Any remember bag sliders?

I remember those slider things but I never purchased them.   I do have several, of a few different sizes, of the 'chip clip' type of thing that I use for short-term for some things.  Otherwise all my food items are either in L&L or are vac-sealed.

Anyone recall bag sliders QVC would have on alll the time to seal food bags?  They came in different sizes and colors and Mark Charles would demonstrate them frequently.  I'm trying to find out where I can purchase more of them as QVC doesn't have them any more.

@patticakes I know exactly what you're talking about about, and they're still my favorite.

I think I got every size he ever offered. I remember when he introduced the green "baby" ones, so I1000000682.jpg got those... and the super large gray ones, which we keep in the garage for soil, bird seed, etc.

I can't tell you how many I've given away. When I'd give away cat food "free to a good home"  lol on Craigslist (very fussy cat), I'd slip one on the bags. Everyone loved them. One woman texted me after "the drop" to ask where I'd gotten them.

I'd consider them to be one of the all-time best purchases I've made in QVC.

Hi @spent2much  He was a Golden Retriever.  Sadly, and yes my heart is still broken, I lost him on Feb 23, 2022 shortly before he turned 12 years old.  I will miss him forever!!!   Heart

I remember falling in love with the Golden Retriever who used to be on QVC sometimes many years ago (I swear I know his name but can't remember in this moment), so I was so lucky to get my boy and he was everything I expected and more.  They are so special.

I remember FoodSaver and how it was a frequent TSV and was also presented often on the kitchen shows.  I never see that brand anymore.  Maybe they went out of business.  I still have one.

I have a Food Saver and use it frequently.  Costco sells them and the bags also.

I finally had to replace my old one.  Got a new one at Costco.  They are the best at keeping food fresh and meat I freeze from gettiing freezer burn.

We just bought two rolls of the Food Saver cut your own size only because there were no others in Walmart.
