Smart Balance = A heavily industrialize frankenfood! A mostly unhealthy fat, and a highly processed food. The less processed food you eat, the better.

I really like him. I got his book Spontaneous Healing. Listening to his breathing to reduce anxiety cd series, also.

I have chosen to stay with real butter, and just use very little. 

 

Most of the spreadable 'butter' out there is just chemicals and I'd rather not swap one evil (high fat of butter) for another just as bad or worse (chemicals in the spreads).

 

I've even gotten to the point that I realize I don't need butter on a lot of things (actually don't need a lot of the things I used to spread the butter on either). I treat butter now like other 'treats'. and use it sparingly, and not at every meal or even every day.
