I've got tons of fresh basil coming in... but it will be at least a month till my tomatoes start coming in, so I'm not sure what to do with all this basil now! My usual stand-by use for fresh basil is serving it with fresh mozzerella and fresh sliced tomatoes... but obviously that's not gonna happen just yet.
I'd be open to the idea of making fresh pesto sauce, but I don't have a food processor (I do have a blender) so I'm not sure how I would do it.
Suggestions, ideas?
