Any great ideas for Butternut Squash?

Hi Laides,

I've been perusing all my cookbooks to get some new ideas for Butternut Squash. Nothing new or interesting is jumping out at me. I've been making so many soups and stews lately that I'd like to do something different.

Any great ideas out ther? I have a large one sitting on my counter right now and I'd love to use it in the next few days.
