Any cooking New Year's resolutions here?

Since I am basically house-bound, I constantly need to challenge myself.

This year I've resolved to learn how to cook some Chinese recipes and to learn how to make better breads in my bread machine. Being a cookbook alcoholic, I already have the cookbooks, of course.

Anyone on this board have some cooking/baking resolutions?
