If it doesn't say WILD CAUGHT, we don't buy it.  We also do not buy nor eat tilapia.

Fish and crabmeat are from a seafood counter in a very large weekend Farmers' Market.  Their grouper is flown in from FL Keys weekly.  The taste of their seafood is exceptional.  ( Strangely, their price for grouper is half of what it sells for in western FL-if you can find it at Publix!!! )

When in Cape May, NJ, the freshest seafood daily is at the Lobster House Restaurant's seafood market.  When I used to do the Italian seafood Christmas Eve dinner, we'd pick up their frozen shrimp 5-lb boxes.  Never a disappointment.
