Thanks for all the info.  I was in BJ's today and saw the new Test Kitchen family cookbook.  It has the cheesecake recipe in it.  Looking through it quickly when I got home, looks like a go to book.  Thanks again everyone.

CocoaMolly -- I forgot to ask you . . . What size pan did you use -- 9" or 10"??  They did not specify on TV, and altho I am registered, I cannot seem to get into their website.

Since many of you asked for the ATK fool proof cheesecake recipe, I just posted it under Recipes, and it states it is from Cook's Illustrated, which is an affiliate of ATK.....Enjoy!
