This is MC2. A classic line of All Clad.  It has a brush Aluminum on the outside. You can not place it in a dishwasher. It was a favorite with professional chefs.

I have a couple of pieces of All-Clad MC2 that I've picked up open stock, a 6 qt. saute pan (the only pan that I paid full retail price for because I liked the size-it's awesome for stuff like Spanish Rice, chili & spaghetti sauce) & a large stockpot that I bought at Marshall's or TJ Maxx at a good price.  I've had both pieces for 15+ years & both have been thru the dishwasher many times & are both still in fine shape. 

I also have a lot of the stainless steel line that I've gotten open stock at TJ Maxx & all go in the dishwasher without problems.
