It is not even close to being a "bait and switch".. No one was pressured into buying a higher priced item, were they?

at worst, they were advertising a "loss leader" which they evidently only had limited stock of...they DID say in the ad that "quantities were limited"... Which meets the legal definition...

For years Walgreen's advertised merchandise and either had none of the advertised item or an amount insufficient to meet the demand.  There were lots of complaints so eventually the state (Texas) attorney General sued them for deceptive advertising and most of the time they no longer did this.

boop, I'm glad you were able to get one online.

That's how Aldi's works: once an item is gone, it's gone, whether they had 1 or 700 in stock.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.
