Looked it up that is cute! There are plenty of times when I have a separate meal from what my son is eating....he's thin and 30 and I'm not 30 and have to work harder at keeping off the weight. ![]()
What do you usually cook in it? Wondering if the salmon from QVC would.

I have a Dash 2.6qt Tasti Crisp Express Digital air fryer. It works great and was affordable. I can't remember the price I paid but I remember it being on sale when I bought it. I think it was between $29.99 and $39.99 and I bought it at Target. It doesn't take up alot of space either. If you're not in a hurry to buy one, I imagine things like this will probably going on sale in the fall. The stores anticipate holiday food preparation and seem to have sales that address that. At least that is what has occurred around here in the past.

I LOVE mine and use it almost daily- It's a basket type and they are great! It's an oven that is fast, minimal oil, and does notrequire a sheetpan and is super easy, fast to clean- Mine is " Instant Vortex". ( made by Instant Pot)- Get one. They are great!

I cook mostly veggies in mine. Fish occasionally. It's very easy to clean. Everything is nonstick so just wipe it clean or use Dawn if needed.

@qbetzforreal - In case you are interested, we recently had a nice long thread on this topic that contains some great suggestions and helpful details:

As I mentioned there, I previously had a Dash 2.6-qt Tasti Crisp air fryer that I loved, but the coating started peeling quite a bit, and even after the great support team at Dash sent me a new tray twice, I finally had to move on when the basket also peeled a lot. If you like that style and size, there's a ceramic version of the Tasti Crisp that is supposed to be a nice improvement. I ultimately decided to get a larger air fryer, and after a LOT of research, I have now had my 6-qt Cosori 9-in-1 TurboBlaze for almost three months and absolutely love it—highly recommended!
FWIW, if you are not in a hurry, Amazon is likely to have a great deal during its Black Friday week in November, and most other retail stores also drop their prices to stay competitive. Kitchen appliances like air fryers are always among the bargains.

That is an added plus that's it's easy to clean good to know. I had a Ninja Foodi that was horrible to clean, big & bulky & threw it out.

I just purchased an oven with an air fryer in it but have not used yet. I prefer my air fryer on the counter so I don't have to heat the whole house up. Mine is a Bella and I like it. Little bigger than the one I had before and nothing wrong with old one and I gave that one to my brother. I forget the brand but think I picked it up at Kohl's and was upgrading is all and wanted something a little bigger.
I cooked a burger in it for the first time last week and turned out great. I have done the salmon from the Q and the breaded chicken from the Q also. All turned out great. My favorite is tater tots and come out just perfect.
I did have a Ninja that did all these things and after my husband passed I didn't find myself using it so much so I gave to my daughter and she uses all the time. I got the air fryer I gave her one Christmas and she needed something bigger for her family. I spent good money on the Ninja and was happy she wanted. I liked cooking steaks on it and had a temperature probe. Nice but mostly taking up space for me.

I had a Ninja air fryer which I used almost every day. I had no complaints about it but wanted an airfryer with glass. I bought the Ninja Crispi and found it cumbersome due to having to remove the top of it in order to stir or shake. Also, The Crispi has preset temps that are not adjustable.
I now own the Cuisinart Clear view 4 qt. I love it. It's very easy to use and clean.
I highly recommend it.

@SilleeMee Thanks. I looked it up and will look into it more. I don't have the countertop room for a big one either. I got one a few yrs ago and it was so heavy and clumsy. I returned it.

I don't currently have an air fryer. Bought one a few months ago and attempted to use it. However, it was so noisy sounded like a helicopter was in my living room!
Are they all so noisy? Do you own one you like that is quiet?
