Air Fryer suggestions please.....

Need to purchase an air fryer as a Christmas gift again, so I would appreciate suggestions of those brands you are satisfied with, and which easily slide back into the basket, because many do not, and are problematic, and need to be returned, which is something I prefer not to gift.

Thanks in advance, and Happy Turkey Day to allSmiley Happy.

I bought a "refurbished" Phillips last year from Amazon through Woot.  It's been working great.  It's just the 2 of us, so sizing is not an issue.  I did 2 bone in chicken breasts the other night...put some Chicken Rotisserie seasoning...spritz of coconut oil....Best moist chicken.

Williams-Sonoma has a sale on all Phillip Air Fryers. I brought a fryer from Amazon last year.

@adoreqvc - I bought the Emeril 3 qrt and have had no issues with the basket.....we have used it every week for about six weeks. We use it so much especially for my teen son, that my husband just ordered wise USA 4th generation 5.8 qrt from Amazon....

From the replies I have already received, I thank each and every one of you, and perhaps others will also reply.

@adoreqvc - I ordered several of the large Cook's Essentials Air Fryers when they were on the TSV a few weeks ago, one for myself and the rest as gifts.  After I received them, I began reading reviews and immediately had second thoughts and buyer's regret, not to mention the warranty is only 60 days, which would have expired before I even presented them to my gift recipients.  I decided to return them and consequently right at the same time the larger of Paula Deen's air fryers was a TTV on Evine so I ordered those as a replacement.  The reviews are great and I feel much better about gifting them.  I don't know if you're looking for a large or small version, but both Paula Deen models seem to be well liked.  Mine were just delivered last Wednesday.  I haven't had a chance to try mine yet.  Hopefully soon.  BTW, if you're going to purchase the PD cookbook to go along with it, get it on Amazon, it's much cheaper there.

Re: Air Fryer suggestions please.....

Hi @adoreqvc, mine is a Cook's Companion from Evine and I love it.  It's their initial, basic, small model.  I throw everything in there (right now sliced potatoes with a touch of EVOO and spices) and will also plunk a small slice of french bread to give it some crunch.  These are fun little appliances, I am sure whomever receives your gift will be pleased!

If cost is not an issue for you, it is my understanding that the Phillip's fryers are the top of the line.  They have several great YouTube videos that are helpful and fun to watch.

Re: Air Fryer suggestions please.....

I have 2 of the Cook's Essentials Air Fryers from QVC. The smaller one and the most recent TSV.

I do not have any of the issues people complain about with the bigger one. I absolutely LOVE IT!

I used to keep the smaller one in my cabinet and just got it out when I wanted to use it but I now keep the big one out on my counter all the time. I am in LOVE with it and my son loves the capacity for when he has friends over.

I read the reviews as well for it but I just don't have those issues.
