I think it would be a good idea--I have some and use them alot. It does make clean up easier. I have a 6qt Instant Pot arifryer that I LOVE that is square. I use them to re- heat things, for frozen things like french fries, also roasting veggies. Just don't put them in until after you pre heat as they will burn. I know that may sound silly, but DD did that. she kind of freaked a little---didn't burst into flames or anything--just left a burned ring---buy the ones that match the shape of your machine---I have round ones too--they don't work as well as mine is square.

That's what Souther Living was saying, that both aluminum foil and parchment could cause your gadget to catch fire, so that is what they were recommending not to use either.  I don't but my sitter (for my husband does) and she says she never had any issues.

I just use a piece of aluminum foil.  Paper liners will scorch and even ignite, depending on what is being cooked in the air fryer.

They make liners with holes in them for air flow.

Re: Air Fryer Question

@monicakm ........no you dont have to have it.  I use aluminum foil when its necessary because I dont want a messy pan to clean.  My brand airfryer using aluminum foil if you want.
