Cheated and went to Bob'a Big Boy for dinner - what can I say. They were pretty busy for it being 4:30 - that is good.

Black eyed peas and cornbread - sure was good. Made a lot so some are bound for the freezer for later use. Usually always make extra on things like this - good thing for freezers on those days when you are hungry but do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, Works for me!!

Found various scrapes in the Fridge - so needless to say it got cleaned out. Not much of anything but enough I did not have to cook a regular meal. Little bit of this and a little bit of that - worked well. Now tomorrow rolls around - Easter is getting here way too quick - trying to figure out something.

Also Leah's grandpa got a nice promotion with Amazon and is going to Colorado Sunday for a new job - His wife and younger son do not leave until school is out in June. Am trying to figure out how Leah gets to see Grandpa either tomorrow afternoon or Saturday - she adores him and will miss him. Do not care how long it is between their visits she makes a bee line running straight to him - she truly is so fond of him. They will miss each other.

Not great weather today but not real bad - slight chill in the air and the sun kept popping in and out. Weekend suppose to be in the 80s - we shall see.
