Put a boneless chuck roast, onions, baby carrots and cabbage in the slow cooker for dinner. Don, the gentleman across the street who works for the school district came home with a huge pizza for us - they have pizza a lot and extras go home with some of them - Don always gets us one if there are extra. So much for my dinner. Guess I will let it cool off and warm it up tomorrow. LOL. Cannot complain about that however.
Hope one and all had a great day.

Soushi, I know it has been a difficult year for you, more than difficult, and there is the other hand -- you come back here to say hello and happiness goes everywhere. We miss you and love the recipe you put in here for us. Take care dear friend.
Well am warming up the roast cooked with veggies last night and am adding potatoes for mashed taters - we will have that tonight. Planning it for last night but Don, our super nice neighbor brought us a yummy pizza over - was not going to let that go to waste.
Pooky1, that food sounds mighty tasty to me - still think I should live near you and yours so I could often just drop by at dinner time. LOL.
Church tomorrow - am looking forward to that - it is truly my salvation these days.
Just now started using my oxygen for the day as I have had the little girl all to myself, had to run a long errand, do some grocery shopping and there has been no time until now. Food warming, potatoes cooking and I put the little one in her bed hoping she may take a 40 minute or so nap. It is dinner time - well almost - but she can handle a nap. I need to just sit and breathe for a bit!!!! By the way, have no clue what oxygen is like where any of you live but here where I am you now must WAIT for it. Does that just not scare you to death. I have had it for nights but cannot get the small container to use during days when I am outside or doing things elsewhere. I cannot turn the nozzle or whatever you call it on the TANK and also cannot carry it. So must wait until the smaller versions are available. Sp I guess we just wait and then find out who wins!!
