Re: ALDI - Poor customer seOurrvice

There's an older small Aldi near my home & a new large Aldi in another town that's a 40 minute drive...I know my chances of finding the items I always buy & the limited supply items in the guilty pleasure isle is better there. Anyway, it's clearly stated on the website & in the weekly flyer that all items aren't available at all stores & may not be available at all due to supply issues. I enjoy shopping at Aldi, it's not bait & switch store....it's quality items at a great price & a treasure hunt too.

You should go to the Aldi's website, "Contact Us," then "Email Us."  It's free!  No $5.00!

The Finds are stocked on Wednesday.  You have to be there at opening if there's something you really want.  There are always a lot of people that beeline to that aisle or aisles and the popular items go quickly

Heavens forbid you should injure yourself in one of their stores or become ill after eating a tainted food item or have another serious grievance.   I bet your attorney could get through to them FREE.

There is better availability at different stores. I noticed at one of the stores by me had cuts of meat featured in the ad available the day before the sale. Don't know if it's true for other items. I don't usually shop things in their ads.

Aldi does have a presence on different social media platforms. Could you contact them on Facebook?

I have not had an issue with items in the sale ads not being stocked. They were out of queso dip for about three weeks this summer but now that is back in stock.

That is a new scam I found, if you do a google search for a company a bogus company comes up first and makes their website look like the legitimate one, be careful!  Its a good idea to look at the IP address.

It sound like you may have been talking to a BOT who did not understand your question.  AT&T and T-Mobile will charge you $5.00 if you want to talk to a person to pay a bill instead of doing it on line.  Maybe Aldi has a similar policy to cut down on having to pay customer service people to answer questions and want you to go on line, which is not always helpful.

The other day, as an executor of a will, I called a place trying to find out what they needed and where I had to call to notify them of a death and went through a verification process, twice. Name, address, phone, SSN, DOB, mother's maiden name, how many toes do I have on my left foot, etc.  The BOT said, "thank you, we are having a heavy call volume day and your call will be answered in the order it was received so please hold."  CLICK....hung up on me. Twice!   I share your frustration!  Sadly, it seems to be the way of the world these days.
