Salsa

8c. diced tomatoes 2c. diced onion

4c.sweet bell peppers 6 cloves garlic, sliced

4c. yellow hot peppers 4 tsp. salt

2c. jalapeno peppers 2 1/2 c. vinegar

12 oz. can tomato paste.

Mix all ingredients. Cook 1 hour on medium heat to prevent burning.

Cook longer to thicken. Put in hot jars to seal.
