A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT APPROACHES TO FOOD PREP AND MEAL PLANNING

I'm not super organized in these areas, usually find it too boring!  But these two bloggers, very different in approach and personality, each have something great to offer.

The "Downshiftology" lady shows how basic prep of 9 different ingredients in one session, can allow them to be combined later into easy, "no-think" meals.  She's gluten-free, health conscious (not vegan or vegetarian though) and emphasizes non-inflammatory foods b/c of her health history.  Her methods could be so good for similarly-minded single or small households.  (Yay, sweet potato toast, ha.)

The other blogger, "Dawn",  is a "minimalist mom" who wants to reduce the inventory (read: groceries) that she has to manage in the home from week to week.  She has a streamlined list of meals (basic, but ones she knows her four young children and hubby will wolf), that she rotates during a given season, and has it all down to a science, sparking envy in me...    Very fun to listen to, especially if other meal planning proposals haven't worked well:

You're welcome, @spent2much and @Pqfan--  I like finding stuff like this, where even if I pick up just a few pointers from each blogger, I feel like my "repertoire" is a little more interesting or efficient....

I also enjoy watching Jen Chapin on Youtube.  She is a working mother and does excellent meal planning and meal prep videos.  She has a calming voice and is very interesting.   She puts out a video just about every day.  I really enjoy her.
