Paula Deen's house seasoning is 1/2 part salt: 1/4 part pepper: 1/4 part garlic powder

 

I keep it mixed up and a shaker of it by the cooktop and another on the counter by the fridge.

This chart converges timely with today's LocknLock spice containers now available: K51063.

 

I'm also considering those to hold my extra stashes of Penzey's that I've purchased by the bag.  Why not make my own blends, too?  Great idea especially when the salt content is entirely a matter of personal choice.
