Maybe it was just me, but the one time I used a 9 x 13 dish (thinking it would "keep" longer) it ended up getting soggy by the next day.

Sigh. If I could only make a layered salad for two people, I'd be in heaven, now you guys have me craving one! LOL

Make individual salads layered in a wine glass or small clear bowl. I have some 1 1/2 qt clear Pyrex bowls that would be perfect for 2. Just make up less dressing. Enjoy!
