6 Qt. CE Electric Pressure Cooker

So....I purchased the new 6 quart Cook's Essentials. I guess I should have waited for reviews, but after the CE Electronic TSV fiasco I thought the bugs may have worked out.

I so wanted a new electric PC. Today I tried to make the bbq pulled pork recipe from Bob Warden's book.

Its hard to tell whether or not its coming up to pressure, the times are preset for each level of pressure, i.e., low, medium & high.

Today countdown timer went up instead of down. Not good. I dumped out the ingredients and put everything into my stovetop pc. Hopefully it will be yummy. Smells good.

Tomorrow its going back to the UPS store for return.
