50/50 Burger!

I finally found it at BJs! There are 4 patties in the pack. I don't think they are 50% beef + 50% ground bacon like at Costco. These have bacon and cheese mixed into them. I'm going to make them tomorrow.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.

My plans were ruined for these burgers. When I got back from running my errands, DH made them. Overcooked them, actually.

Even still, they were delicious! I spread Duke's mayo and Tapatio on the bun and ate it that way.

Had I made them, I would have put mayo on the bun and grilled it; made a Bumpy Chicken mushroom sauce; cooked the patties medium; and made french fried kholrabi, covered with pesto and baked.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.
