Starbucks’ 2026 fall menu launched on August 25, 2026, bringing back the iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) and expanding the seasonal lineup with new drinks, food, and merchandise 

Returning Favorites

• Pumpkin Spice Latte (hot & iced) — the season’s unofficial starter 

• Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew (iced)

• Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai

• Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino (blended)

• Pecan Cortado (hot)

• Pecan Crunch Latte (hot & iced)

• Iced Pecan Crunch Latte 

New Drinks

• Chaider — chai meets cider, with apple cinnamon and sweet spice notes; available hot or iced (iced also has strawberry acai) 

• Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso — pumpkin cream in a shaken espresso format 

• Pumpkin Spice Chai — hot pumpkin spice and chai blend 

• Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha — creamy pumpkin with matcha green tea 

• Iced Banana Bread Latte — banana, cinnamon, brown sugar flavors 

• Iced Banana Bread Chai — banana bread-inspired chai 

Food Highlights

• Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket — 20g protein, chicken, bacon, garlic herb cheese spread on toasted whole wheat lavash 

• Hedgehog Cake Pop — vanilla cake with chocolate icing 

• Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin — spiced pumpkin muffin with cream cheese filling and pepitas 

Merchandise

A PSL Society collection launched, including drinkware and a hat, plus grocery-store products like pumpkin creamers and ready-to-drink beverages 

Notable Absence

Apple Crisp drinks were not in the initial launch, though fans speculate they may return later in the season, similar to last year’s pattern

I was just in Disney World and the Starbucks pumpkin spice tumblers, journals, and totes were all the rage.

To me, a menu about as appetizing as the Oreos Chicken and Waffles Cookies.

I don’t drink their stuff. But I have bought their sandwiches or breakfast pastries and enjoyed them. They were sourced from local backeries in the Philly area. I haven’t been in their stores in 8 years so perhaps food isn’t available anymore. I don’t know.

2nd Drop will be on September 29

Starbucks has announced an Aerocano beverage along with three new fall mini pies: pecan, pumpkin, and apple crumble, releasing on September 29, 2026.

The Aerocano is a smooth Starbucks Blonde Espresso air-whipped to create a light foam and cascading visual effect.

According to Starbucks, “It’s a modern take on the Iced Americano.”

Also arriving on September 29 are three new fall-inspired Mini Pies.

Apple Crumble Mini Pie - tender apples with buttery streusel

Pecan Mini Pie - caramelized sweetness with pecans.

Pumpkin Mini Pie - creamy pumpkin with warm fall spices.
