2.5 qt retangular dish from #F27938 16 pc set

I purchased this set and this is the second time this dish has cracked while cooking in the oven.

I had to pay $10 to have one shippped to me and this one cracked in 3 places while baking

Do I still have to keep calling and paying to have another one sent. They told me it was water loged and could not be soaked in water which I have never had to do. I received this one washed it put it away 3 days later used it and it cracked. I heard a loud noise coming from the oven and it had cracked in three places on the bottom. This dish is the only one I have had trouble with. What can I do?
