I saw some of the newbies and wow, wow, WOW, with prices to match.  Window shopping for now.

I have received the amy heart and it's just as fabulous as the CQ.  I hope everyone who got them enjoys them and wears them in good health.

DGD, who stays with me during the day in the summer when my DS has custody, was walking upstairs to take her nap.  I called for her to hold my hand and the railing.  Her response - Okya, Bubbe.  You're old and need me to help you.  Out of the mouth of babes...

Not long ago, I was paying prices like this for JR2, now it's the Q rising to that level.  If I am going to put out that kind of $$$, I will search out JR2 or higher in Couture.

My spirits have been dampened working with the Q.....so many little things that have been piling up.  We all know the company has changed from years ago but that doesn't mean I have to conitnue to deal with it. 

I do like the recent watch purchase from Judith....the ceramic gold clad one. Got it in black ceramic and have the white one on waitlist....they have all but sold out in the gold clad.  But the watch was a definite return because the battery was running and there were a few other obvious signs of previous wear. CS gave me a $10 credit.......nuf said.

Never say never but I am much more watchful as I think we all are now....price wise...but that is always a good thing anyway.  Can't miss a show so looking forward to the ones coming up.  Still waiting for Judith's website to open up....that has been a home page since the beginning of the year and nothing up yet. Beth told me via e-mail it would be soon and that was in May....still waiting. 

We need to keep the love going for Judith's work....she is a gem!  I miss having a good retailer of her JR2 and Couture.....those days were grand!

Hello Kappy,

I hope you are enjoying the summer. We are baking here in the west and there's no respite in sight. I wish some of those storms from across the country would blow over here and give us the much needed rain. 

Saw all the new goodies and the prices surely are WOW ! Like you I will be window shopping.Hopefully some of these items will have better prices in the future- I am hoping for event , clearance or LTS ! 

Hoping to watch the upcoming shows in August and hopefully chat,  time permitting.

Hi Kappy, Anisha and Motherinlaw,

I too fell prey to sticker shock...and, here I thought I might pick up a new treasure for my birthday this coming weekend. I will have to hope the kings of easy pay and clearance pricing will smile on me!

Hope all of you are doing well....we are so humid in southcentral PA that everything is sticking to everything else - yuck!  Thank goodness for AC, my favorite home convenience right now.

Hi motherinlaw, I was happy to pick up the ceramic watch in goldtone at the clearance price in blue and the black ( Yet to get the black but i am sure it will be just as beautiful as the blue which looks like lapis and the combination with the gold is sonething else). I already own the goldtone white and it is stunning. I hope you get the goldtone white off waitlist. I hate getting watch returns and that is one of the reasons I buy most watches when they present them first . 

Agree with you on the pricing and miss the online Ripka website . I am a lot more prudent now and look for clearance/LTS . But sometimes there is that one piece that i just cant wait to get ! Hope you will drop in during the upcoming shows at the end of the month to chat. Until then.

Hi Sammycat, early birthday wishes to you. I hope you get your easypay/ clearance wish and pickup a nice birthday treat. The heat is not letting up here in the west either and we had unusual 80%humidity last week ! It was icky/ sticky and I was doing yard work - not pleasant at all !

hi Kap and et al!  I received the green goddess clearance bracelet but will return as I was sent a large by mistake.....I love it so much but prefer the average.....anyway will waitlist for the average.....and see what happens.    Hot down here too Anisha......it's a matchstick ready to blow.......I too will be window shopping as I recently purchased the plastic watch, YG and RG Byzantines, and the MOP eclipse ring......My ripka tummy is full!!
