What happens if you don't insist on the seeing the item scanned before you leave the post office. The post office can say that they have no idea where your package is, you don't get any receipt when you leave the package at the post office. QVC has only your word that you actually sent something back. I think that if you don't insist that the post office scans your package in front of you and gives you a receipt that you can use as proof of shipping you are on your own. I had to insist that they scan my package and give me a receipt, they are able to give you a receipt by the way, but only if you demand one.

I hope this info helps people know their rights and not find themselves in a situation where they loose their money.
