carolyn pollack enhancer - disappointed

Got the 18" link chain and calla lily enhancer. It does not lay flat...it keeps rolling to one side or the other. Smiley Sad

I'm sending it back and got to say I'm so disappointed. Does this tend to be true about most of her enhancers? I was hoping to buy more enhancers to change the look to match different outfits. Can't justify spending that money on stuff that's going to roll.
