can you ladies help me find a cp ring

Hello ladies. I am looking for the CP black agate overlay ring. QVC item number is J22084. I did not know that this was a ring that was being phased out of QVC inventory. I had it at one time on wait list and it never came. If any of you wonderful ladies find it in a size 9 or 10 please let me know. I appreciate your help. Thank you so very much.Smile
