can anyone tell me about this ring?

J143820 and whether it runs true to size? I want to wear it on my size 5 ring finger. In the past I had ordered a couple of JR rings and they were so small/tight in my size 5 that I couldn't even get them on! Yet the reviews on so many of her rings are very mixed, as regards sizing. Seems to be quite variable depending on the ring's design,etc. Should I go for my true size or size up? tia
