beware Eterna gold gemstone bracelet

If you purchased J265796, please be careful.

I received this very pretty bracelet in blue topaz this week. It was lightweight and clasp seemed questionable. However, it was so pretty I considered keeping it so I wore it for the first time yesterday. Without getting caght on anything, it snapped of my wrist and all the little beads scattered. Fortunately I was in my garage and picked them all up. At that point I could see how weakly it was put together. This is a $545 bracelet!!! Because it is so lightweight, this could have easily happened outside my home without me noticing and I am sure I would have had no recourse with QVC. In fact I had a similar experience with another bracelet from QVC when I lost it from my arm the first time I wore it, called QVC, and I was out of luck.

Have enjoyed Eterna Gold in the past, but for this item, the quality is not there. So, be careful ladies
