are dangle rings comfy?

I'm thinking of getting the new blue topaz dangle ring (http://www.qvc.com/qic/qvcapp.aspx/view.2/app.detail/params.item.J267240.desc.Judith-Ripka-Sterling-...), but I'm not sure how I would like the "feel" of something moving around on my finger. Does anyone else have a dangle ring? Does the little charm bother you or not?
