Your thoughts on Ripka Rolling Status Necklace J279108

I've been away for awhile and upon returning have found the price point on a lot of the newer items sadly are now out of my budget. Boo Hoo! Smiley Sad Does anyone else feel that the Rolling Status Necklace for example at a price point of $942 for the 20 inch is a bit crazy?

Has anyone purchased it and recieved it yet? I would LOVE to know your thoughts. I really like the look of it but will NEVER find a justification for spending that amount of money on diamonique stones.
