Young & Restless Genie Francis necklace help

Hi! I just caught a glimpse if a diamond pendant/necklace worn by Genie Francis on Young & Restless. She used to play Laura on General Hospital! It looked to be either princess or asscher cut on a 15 or 16" chain. I would love to duplicate it but in a CZ version. If you saw this necklace today on the show (7/27/11) and have info I would be so thankful! This style seems very popular right now to wear a single solitaire up close to the neck and every one I have seen appears to be a square cut of some type. Thanks for any help you can give!
