Good morning and happy Thursday to us all.

With 1/2 inches of rain per hour during the night, and it continuing today, the city is being closed down. Major roads are closed, and public transportation is too. The rain continues today, sometimes at the same rate. We are in deep trouble for Lee is causing major damage, much more than Irene, b/c of the super saturation of the ground. Personally, we're fine, but oh so many other are not so fortunate. A major 'Oy veys mir!' moment.

Just a few until DBGD arrives sans older kids, for they head off to 1/2 day of school today & tomorrow. I am in serious toruble b/c I found myself almost jealous when other were holding DBGD last night at the soccer game. Smiley Happy

Off to get ready for the Princess.
