Good morning and happy Monday to us all. And to all who are observing, happy Ramadan.

The heat continues. Anyone getting their normal amount of rain this summer? The drought time for us in the summer is usually August, but not this year. We aren't as bad off as the south, but we are most definitely in a drought.

DS#1 has finally agreed to get his apartment carpeting replaced and this AM is it. Whoopee! I think he may be hanging here while it's going on.

DBGD came visiting for a little bit yesterday and she is getting more and more delicious. What a hungry little girl she is, slurping down 4 ozs. and wanting more. DS said they're going to check with the doc to see about increasing her amount. She is really trying very hard to keep her eyes open and head up, with limited success. Won't be long, though. She has her sweat test today, so any good vibes you can spare to send her way will be very much appreciated.

Off to get some stuff done before my two classes at the gym.
