Yo! - 7/6/13

Good afternoon and happy Saturday to us all.

We're in the Hs, with hot and humid the most used words of the day. I don't think we really had a spring, except for the copious amounts of rain during June. Oh well, the tomatoes will love this weather.

DTGD and DS#2 was out to dinner with us at our favorite diner last night. Food was not a top priority of hers, except for raw broccoli. DTGD was dancing and singing and, of course, she had to sit with Bubbe to do all of her artistic endeavours. It was a dinner worthy of a 6-pack of Tums, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. In between all her artistry, she would turn to me and give out lots, and lots of hugs and kisses. Who needs food when you can be eaten alive by DTGD?

Off to tackle laundry. What a headache it has become for the timer is going and I never know if the load will be completed or not. Right now DH is reading through CONSUMER'S REPORTS for a new washer. Ugh!
