Good morning and happy Sunday to us all.

It is most definitely a fall day out there, with temps in the mid 40s and the trees just beginning to change.

My surgery is this Wednesday, 11/6. I am to be at the hospital @ 5:30am and the surgery is scheduled for 7:30am. Thanks goodness I don't have to wait around.

On Tuesday I have to do an extensive prep for the surgery, including taking antibiotics which I've never had before, and on an empty stomach too! I am not looking forward to this even more than normally. Tuesday is election day and I usually work at the polls as Majority Inspector and this has thrown the staffing of the position into turmoil; no one seems to want to work at the polls.

I am hoping for the easy removal of the offending piece of junk and to be back in business quickly.
