Good afternoon and happy SUnday to us all.

It has been glorious summer weather around her for the better part of a week. Much too warm for me, especially after I've packed away most of my lighter weight clothing and have changed to winter clothes. But what can you do? Global warming doesn't stop for me.

My mouth continually dropped open upon viewing Godfreako's pictures of the goodies which await us later this week. Trouble keeps finding me in the form of more jewelry to covet.

DTGD has become much more of a sponge that I realized. When something isn't going exactly as planned she blurts out a big "Oh man!" and continues to try and do. This is exactly one of my favorite phrases used. While helping here eat spaghetti for lunch this week, she finally wanted to take over. And darn if my words didn't come out of her mouth as she negotiated getting the strands of spaghetti on to her fork. She began to talk to her spaghetti, in a pleading voice, "Come on guys. Get on the fork!" Too funny but also reminds me that I best be very careful of what expletives I may use.

DH took a second sleep study, with the same results. Now it is like pulling teeth to get the equipment sent out so he can see if it helps.

Off to read the paper and have some tea. I hope your teams win today unless you're a fan of the Giants.
