Who dressed the models for Gem Day

Talk about dismal ugly clothes I can hardly believe the mismatched ladies wearing these rings. One has an baggy gray blouse on with turqoise pants and the other a dye tie tube dress. I have never seen anything quite so ugly, do you think we are all blind at this time of night??
