Where is my ring?

Ordered what I think they call the baby Monaco ring in purple and it was shipped on the 4th. No tracking number. CS says nothing they can do unless in doesn't come by the 17th. This is the first time that I have had something take so long to be delivered. Now all but the white is sold out,and I don't want the white. Why no tracking numbers for jewelry items. HSN has tracking for everything.
