Today I received my wait listed raspberry Flora ring and I love it...but on the under gallery of the ring has a slice in the silver which is cutting into my finger. I called customer service and asked for an exchange and was told there are none in stock, so I asked to be put back on wait list and was told there is no wait list available as the do not expect any more rings in raspberry.I was sent a returned defective ring and taken off of wait list and my only recourse now is to return the ring or have it fixed if possible and the Q would allow up to $25.00 for a repair. I feel this is a bit unfair to be taken off of the original wait list and now can't get back on.
Any suggestions?
