Watch Collectors-Need Some Vintage Help

Ladies, I'm not much of a jewelry maven but I'm here to ask some help.

I received a Seiko watch way back when for my 21st birthday and I no longer have it. I was really thinking about replacing it. I've looked on the Bay and set up a search.

Question is, any good sites to reserch to find the model, etc? I'm sure it was made in Japan, then, it was mechanical and purchased at a fine jewelry store. It was really unique and I'd know it in a minute if I saw it!

Any suggestions?
