For any of you who have read about the craziness that I have suffered over the Turquoise Monaco ring, I have yet another installment for you. After being told by someone at customer service that my manual pull had been denied, (after having worked that all out with the nicest customer service rep a week prior to), and that QVC sent me a letter by mail, (which I hadn't received then or by now), to inform me of that, I swiftly sent back all of my purchases from the last show, including the turquoise heart clip-on. {#emotions_dlg.angry} I couldn't allow myself to keep anything after having been treated with no consideration or appreciation for my years of shopping at QVC, and we all know how much that can add up to.

Lo and behold, the NEXT DAY, guess what was sitting on my doorstep? A perfect turquoise Monaco ring! Not a mark on it! {#emotions_dlg.blink} {#emotions_dlg.blink} {#emotions_dlg.blink} So much for there being no good rings available! It was only a day before that that CS rep told me that my speckled ring, which I returned, was inspected and there was nothing found to be wrong with it. It is the nature of the stone to have such brown ugly splotches all over it.....blah,blah,blah.........

I suppose that I should be happy to have finally gotten a clean ring {#emotions_dlg.w00t}, but quite frankly, I am not. I am sure that in time I will be, but this was a ridiculous experience, and because of it, I sent back that pretty heart, which may or may not ever surface again.

Ladies, don't think for a second that there aren't good rings out there. They just don't want to lose money on the bad ones, so they just keep them in circulation.

P.S. The ring is beautiful. {#emotions_dlg.wub}
